The cotton used for the production of our thread is harvested in Brazilian soil, thanks to a partnership between Fiasul, Sou de Algodão movement and producers who excel for high quality while carrying out sustainable actions.
During the spinning process, we create specific threads that are used for technical or clothing manufacturing. To be sure this would be possible, we studied characteristics such as length and toughness of the thread fibers, positively impacting on the density and strength of our products.
At this stage, we assure our product’s quality through tests using a meter, where we evaluate thoroughly the threads’ structure, avoiding possible failures or tears.
Fiasul offers to the textile market several industrial kinds of textile threads, in the categories Open End, Combed, Mixed and P.A.
Through high-end machinery, we select cones with identical thread length, increasing efficiency and reducing waste in our customers' production.
